Description
Course Objective
This course aims to equip engineers, designers, and contractors with an understanding of septic system operation, its components, and design considerations, offering a design process applicable to various states with minor adaptations to meet specific state codes and requirements.
Course Description
This online course was designed to help engineers, designers, and contractors gain an in-depth knowledge of the functionality, components, and design process of a septic system. Although septic systems generally handle effluent waste similarly, the design approach is not uniform in each state. It’s important to note that this course does not aim to cover the design or installation of septic systems for every state, as each state has its own unique set of regulations and specific requirements. Nevertheless, the design process discussed can be applied to any state with only minor adjustments necessary to suit specific state regulations.
