Curriculum of Experience & Peer Review Course
PDH Academy’s 40-hour Curriculum of Experience and Peer Review course is an Ohio Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing approved program and satisfies the experience requirement for an Ohio home inspector license.
This course offers an interactive training experience both in the classroom and in the field. It is a 5-day training program that includes field inspections, classroom review, as well as a peer review where the student will be inspecting a residential property as if they were performing an actual home inspection service for a paying client.
Successful participants of this course will be awarded Certificates of Completion for both the Curriculum of Experience and the Peer Review, both of which are required by the state for Ohio home inspector training.
